RevCycleOS FAQ

RevCycleOS FAQ

Straight answers about the RevCycleOS product direction, demo safety, data ownership, and launch status.

What is RevCycleOS?

RevCycleOS is the public launch brand for an RCM operating system prototype. It is designed to help PE-backed RCM platforms standardize data, orchestrate workflow services, and see performance across acquired companies.

Is RCMOS still the product name?

RCMOS remains the internal/prototype name. RevCycleOS is the public brand direction for the marketing site and domain.

Who is it for?

The first audience is PE-backed RCM consolidators and healthcare services platform operators who need cross-company visibility, post-acquisition integration, and workflow modernization.

Is there a public demo?

Yes. The public fake-data demo is live at demo.revcycleos.com. It uses generated fixtures from the seeded prototype. No PHI, real claims, payer contracts, customer data, or external vendor calls are included.

Does RevCycleOS replace existing RCM vendors?

Not by default. The core idea is to own the operating data layer and orchestrate the right workflow services around it. Some services may be vendor products, some may be internal tools, and some may be built over time.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Do not assume that yet. The launch site should avoid compliance claims until proper controls, documentation, and review exist. Public demos and screenshots must not contain PHI or real customer data.

What is the first CTA?

Join waitlist is the primary CTA. Try fake-data demo is the secondary CTA, with real operator conversations handled through the waitlist/private-demo path.
