What is RevCycleOS?
RevCycleOS is an early revenue cycle platform for PE-backed RCM companies. It helps a platform bring acquisition data into a common model, compare performance across companies, and route work across vendors, internal tools, and manual teams while keeping a clear record of what happened.
Who is it for?
RevCycleOS is built for PE-backed RCM consolidators and healthcare services platform operators responsible for post-acquisition integration, vendor decisions, reporting, and revenue cycle performance across multiple companies.
What problem does it solve first?
The first problem is messy acquisition data. New platform companies often arrive with different billing systems, payer workflows, denial categories, spreadsheets, and reporting habits. RevCycleOS focuses on getting those pieces into one usable picture before pushing more automation into the business.
Is there a public demo?
Yes. The public fake-data demo is live at demo.revcycleos.com. It uses fake, seeded data and generated responses. No PHI, real claims, payer contracts, customer data, or external vendor calls are included.
Does RevCycleOS replace existing RCM vendors?
No, not by default. RevCycleOS is meant to help a platform decide which vendors to keep, where to build internally, and how to keep the operating record even when outside services do the work.
Can I use the public demo with PHI or real claim data?
No. The public demo and marketing site are for fake data only. Do not enter PHI, real claims, payer contracts, customer data, or confidential business information.
How mature is the product?
RevCycleOS is early. The public demo is meant to show product direction and gather operator feedback. Production use, regulated data handling, and customer-specific integrations would require private scoping, agreements, and controls.
How do I get updates or request a private conversation?
Join the waitlist with your email address. If there is a fit, follow-up can happen privately without putting sensitive data into the public demo.
