This page explains how RevCycleOS handles information on the marketing site, waitlist, analytics, and public fake-data demo.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, the site collects your email address and any interest details you choose to provide.
The site may also use analytics tools such as PostHog and Google Analytics to understand page views, waitlist submissions, demo interest, and content engagement.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Send product updates.
- Respond to demo or early access requests.
- Understand which launch content is useful.
- Improve the product and marketing site.
We do not sell waitlist information.
Demo data and regulated information
Public screenshots and demos use fake, seeded data only. Do not submit PHI, real claims, real payer data, real customer data, private keys, or confidential business information through this site.
The public site and demo are not intended to receive PHI and are not configured as a HIPAA production environment. If RevCycleOS works with regulated customer data in the future, that will happen under separate agreements, controls, and documentation.
